Shipping & Returns.

Shipping. In-stock orders ship from the United States within 1–2 business days in insulated packaging appropriate for lyophilized research peptides. Shipping is free on orders over $200; a flat rate applies below that threshold. Tracking is emailed once your order leaves our facility.

Returns. Because these are sensitive research materials, we accept returns of unopened, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact research@besupernormal.com with your order number.

Issues. If a lot arrives damaged or does not match its certificate, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it in full.
